Amanda Stauffer
Owner & Transaction Coordinator
Amanda grew up in north Texas and has now lived in Florida for over 20 years. She currently resides in north Lake County, FL with her husband and "fur" children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves spending time outdoors.
She started out in real estate at the age of 19 working in multi family home property management. In 2011, she decided to advance her career, obtained her real estate license, and became a top buyer's agent on a well known team in Orlando, FL. It was at this point she was first introduced to the role of a transaction coordinator. She thought to herself, "That's a cool job!" Over the next few years, Amanda worked in roles such as loss mitigation specialist, closing coordinator for an investment real estate firm, lead coordinator for a mortgage lender, and compliance director and in house transaction coordinator for a large brokerage.
By the time 2020 came around, she realized working from home was the best option for her, and she became an independent transaction coordinator. Fast forward to the summer of 2021, and Amanda took a leap of faith creating Magnolia Transactions. Since then, the company's volume has grown exponentially, and the team has grown as well. She is very grateful for this opportunity to run Magnolia Transactions while serving amazing agents across Florida, Georgia, and beyond while helping others obtain their goals as independent transaction coordinators.
