Amanda Stauffer
Owner & Transaction Coordinator
Amanda grew up in North Texas but has called Florida home for over 20 years. She currently lives in Sumter County, FL with her husband and their beloved “fur” children. When she’s not working, you’ll find her spending quality time with family or enjoying the great outdoors.
Her journey in real estate began at just 19 years old, working in multifamily property management. In 2011, she took the next step, earned her real estate license, and became a top buyer’s agent on a well-known Orlando team. That’s when she first discovered the world of transaction coordination and thought, “Now that’s a cool job!”
Over the years, Amanda gained experience in various roles, from loss mitigation specialist (working those fun short sales), to a mortgage lead coordinator, and to compliance director and in-house transaction coordinator for a large brokerage. By 2020, she realized that working from home was the best fit for her lifestyle, leading her to become an independent transaction coordinator.
In the summer of 2021, she took a leap of faith and launched Magnolia Transactions. Since then, the business has flourished, growing in both volume and team size. Amanda is grateful for the opportunity to serve incredible agents across Florida, Georgia, and beyond while also helping others build successful careers as independent transaction coordinators.
