  • Request Preliminary Settlement Statement from the Closing Agent for agent review/approval
  • Confirm final walk through and closing is scheduled
  • Confirm receipt by buyer of final amount due at closing
  • Assist in scheduling, when needed
  • Send all transaction documents to the agent and agent’s client once the transaction is closed
